I spent 15 years as a TV director in New York City. Fast-paced, high-pressure, creative work — and I was good at it. But something was missing. I wanted to build things, fix things, and help people in a way you could actually see and feel.

So I walked away from the industry and enrolled in trade school. I went to learn a skill. I stayed because I fell completely in love with the trades.

There's a real craft to HVAC that most people never see. Anyone can swap a part and hope for the best. What I care about is finding the actual problem — understanding your system, reading the data, and giving you a real answer. Not a guess. Not a worst-case scenario designed to sell you something new.
