I spent 15 years as a TV director in New York City. Fast-paced, high-pressure, creative work β and I was good at it. But something was missing. I wanted to build things, fix things, and help people in a way you could actually see and feel.
So I walked away from the industry and enrolled in trade school. I went to learn a skill. I stayed because I fell completely in love with the trades.
There's a real craft to HVAC that most people never see. Anyone can swap a part and hope for the best. What I care about is finding the actual problem β understanding your system, reading the data, and giving you a real answer. Not a guess. Not a worst-case scenario designed to sell you something new.
When your heat goes out at 11pm or your AC dies on the hottest week of the year, you need someone who shows up, knows what they're doing, and treats your home with respect. That's the job. I take it seriously.
